Privacy Policy

Kickdraft: Football Draft · Effective 23 September 2026

This policy explains what Kickdraft collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the iOS and Android versions of the app. Kickdraft is an independent football draft and card-collecting game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any football federation, league, club, player or governing body.

The short version. There is no account and no sign-up. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number. The app shows ads, and those ads can be personalised only if you allow it. You can change that decision at any time in Profile → Privacy choices inside the app.

1. What we collect

You give us

A nickname, a kit and a favourite nation, if you choose to set them. These are optional. If you appear on the leaderboard, other players can see them alongside your card count. Pick a nickname you are comfortable showing in public.

3. Advertising and your choices

The app is free and is paid for by ads. There are two kinds:

Inside the app

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or a US state with an applicable privacy law, a consent screen appears the first time you open the app. To revisit it later, open Profile → Privacy choices. Withdrawing consent is exactly as easy as giving it, and it takes effect straight away.

On your device

Turning personalisation off does not remove the ads and does not change anything in the game. It only makes the ads less relevant.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Personalised advertising and the advertising identifierYour consent, given through the in-app consent screen

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before you withdrew.

5. International transfers

Google, Firebase and RevenueCat operate globally, so data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision, depending on the destination.

6. How long we keep it

DataKept for
Data you provided, such as a nicknameWhile you use the app, plus 12 months
Automatically collected dataUp to 24 months
Aggregated data that can no longer identify anyoneIndefinitely

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask us for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

If you are in California, the CCPA and CPRA give you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.

To make a request, email support@appscorex.com. Because there is no account, include your installation identifier so we can find your data. In the app, open Profile and tap About: the identifier is copied to your clipboard. We reply within 30 days.

You can also remove data yourself at any time: Profile → Reset progress clears the Club cards, runs and records held on your device, and removing the app deletes the rest of the local copy.

8. Children

Kickdraft is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, write to support@appscorex.com and we will delete it.

9. Security

Data travels over encrypted connections. The installation identifier is held in your device's secure storage where the platform supports it. No system is perfect, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we treat any weakness we find as urgent.

10. If something goes wrong

If a breach affects your personal data, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and we will tell affected users directly where the law requires it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
